Time2Turn is a translucent clock face overlay that turns your existing clock into a visual cue reminder system for patient turning. Each color coded two hour section provides a clear indication of when the next turn should occur and whether the turn should be to the "BACK", "RIGHT" or "LEFT" position. Time2Turn is easily implemented, cost effective and always visible so every care provider on every shift is perpetually reminded of when and how to turn.
The Time2Turn clock overlay is made of transparent static cling film. The film applies and stickes to the clock face with no adhesive, so removal is as easy as application!
The Time2Turn clock overlay stays in place until you decide to remove it.
Instructions for Use:
1. Peel the Time2Turn Clock Overlay away from it's paper backing.
2. Align the arrow at the top of the clock overlay with the 12 o'clock position on the clock. Make sure that the overlay is centered properly over the clock face.
3. Hang the clock on the wall and begin use. Observe the color and cue where you find the hour hand. For example, at 3:00AM the patient should be turned to the right.
